The conventional length is 3 meters, 2 meters, 1 meter, 0.5 meters or even shorter as regulating pipes, and the model ranges from DN80-DN150. According to engineering requirements, DN125 is widely used. When there is no high difficulty operation, DN125 high pressure or low pressure can be selected because of the need for pressure bearing. The material is mostly made of 20 # steel, and the steel pipes of 20 # steel have toughness and non explosive pipes. When parallel transportation is not far away, straight seam pipes can be used, which is low-cost. Waste of resources, of course, it is recommended to use seamless pump tubing when the budget is sufficient. The thickness also ranges from 3mm to 12mm, and should be determined from a safety perspective based on factors such as the distance, height, volume, and medium of transportation. For example, for ordinary buildings, it is only about 50 meters, and using 125 * 4.5 or * 5 can achieve pressure. The pipe clamps at the connection also vary in weight. The use of straight seam pump tubes for laying short distances with low utilization rate is cost-effective. Of course, this is a concrete grade between C20-30. When designing bridges, piers, and large buildings, these ordinary pump pipes are not enough because the concrete grade used in these projects is around C50, the concrete slump is low, and the aggregate in the concrete is also very large. Ordinary pump pipes cannot withstand pressure and friction. For example, for ordinary height transportation of C50 concrete, a 125 high-pressure pump pipe can be used to increase the wall thickness or increase the firmness of the flange. However, some super tall buildings with a length of tens or even hundreds of meters will definitely use DN150 pump pipes, because the 150 pump pipes not only have good flow through the pipe body and a wall thickness of * 10 or * 12, but also have double flanges fixed with bolts and seals to ensure construction safety.

For example, Sany 46 meters, 56 meters, Zhonglian 47 meters, and so on, all have a set of very accurate parameters, with varying lengths, because the pump tube and elbow need to be installed according to the length of the arm extension, and there is a half centimeter error that cannot be installed, which is different from dragging the pump tube. Car pump pipes require wear resistance, so they are also called wear-resistant pipes or sky pump pipes. Most of them use alloy pipes with a material of 55Mn or above, including single-layer wear-resistant pipes and double-layer wear-resistant pipes. After high-frequency inner wall quenching process, the hardness and toughness are combined. Because it is quite troublesome to replace pump truck pipes, all pump truck pipes should be selected with pump pipes with a long service life.
