Method of connecting ground pump pipes and how to connect concrete pump pipes
The concrete ground pump can only be used after being firmly connected to the ground pump pipe (i.e. concrete pump pipe), which can transport concrete to the required or even farther places. Due to the different transportation routes of engineering, such as different orientations, there are upward transportation, downward transportation, and distant transportation. The required connection methods and pump tube selection should be based on actual needs to choose the connection method and pump tube selection.

The common takeover methods currently include: "I" - shaped connection, "L" - shaped connection, and "U" - shaped connection. Type "I" connection, the outlet of the ground pump is connected to the cone tube and then firmly connected to the ground pump tube through a pipe clamp (the size of each ground pump tube is basically 3 meters), which can move straight forward to the position where concrete needs to be transported. L-shaped connection, after connecting the outlet of the ground pump to the cone pipe and firmly connecting it to the ground pump pipe through a pipe clamp, multiple 3-meter straight pipes and other sizes of straight pipes are required, and a 90 degree bend pipe is connected at the bend. U-shaped connection, after connecting the outlet of the ground pump to the spinal canal, connect a 3-meter straight pipe. If a 180 degree bend is required, connect two 90 degree bends to form a 180 degree horizontal bend.

No matter which connection method is used, it adheres to the principle of minimizing the construction process and improving engineering efficiency to the greatest extent possible. Moreover, regardless of which connection method is used, it must be determined according to the needs of the construction site. If more complex construction sites can also be designed with takeover methods according to requirements, of course, the less curvature, the lower the resistance. When vertical upward piping is required, as the height and pressure increase, the connection method and pump pipe selection must consider factors related to pressure bearing.
